If the governments involved respect this piece of paper as much as the other pieces of paper they've signed, this doesn't mean a whole lot. I'll believe it when I see easing of sanctions.
I guess the bankrupt Spaniards finally have need of some people with good business acumen. Considering the rapaciousness of the EU, I hope the Jews don't fall for it.
