<description><![CDATA[An understandable, though annoying (for the people attempting to get divorced) reaction to federal power grabs, regardless of the reasoning.
Instead of hyperventilating over this though, I'd be glad if things turned out like he says things have:

Individuals, at least according to the majority opinion, are apparently authorized (along with the federal judiciary) to define when a marriage begins and, accordingly, ends, (without the pesky intervention/intrusion of a state court).
