<description><![CDATA[Its hard not to conclude this has shattered the Ukranian ability to project force.  The lessons of Brusilov, Mordacq and Bruchmuller remain relevant in a world of hard counters.  The Russians are one of the few who are not squeamish about using penal brigades when a thing can be done by blood alone.
